Workfinder makes work experience easy and valuable for employers and students, offering short placements that help businesses develop the next generation of talent while delivering real commercial value.
The platform had to launch before the summer holidays so students could apply for placements. Then COVID hit, and remote internships had to be added to an already tight deadline.
What we did
We led core development of the Employer portal, where businesses review and respond to applicants and manage the application process end to end.
We set up frontend tooling, UTM analytics tracking, and contributed across the platform and email system.
The remote-placement scope change was absorbed without moving the launch date, and the codebase kept 100% test coverage throughout.
